When does the conference begin and end?

Exact times will be published on the Agenda leading up to the event.

What is included in my UXxUX ticket?

All tickets include access to keynote and Lighting talks (first-come, first-served seating), and networking events. It also includes breakfast and lunch on both days, coffee, water, and snacks throughout the event.
Workshop tickets are limited to 80 seats and must be directly purchased to ensure a seat.
Travel, transportation, lodging, and incidental costs are not included.
UXxUX does not provide immigration or visa assistance.

Where will UXxUX be?

UXxUX will be held at Simon Fraiser University Downtown. in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We recommend using pubic transit, or your preferred ride share service to get there. Paid parking is available in Downtown Vancouver but there is no exclusive UXxUX parking.

UXxUX acknowledges that the land on which we are meeting and working is the unceded traditional territories of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations and we are grateful for the opportunity to do so.

Where do I pick up my badge?

Badge pick-up details will be posted with the formal agenda soon.

Are scholarships available?

Yes, we are offering limited scholarships in partnership with The Paclar Foundation. The scholarship program is open to everyone, not just students. Applications are open from May 6 to July 15.

What if I need to cancel?

Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds, but you can transfer your ticket by Monday, July 31st, 2023, 12pm PST by emailing info@uxunconference.com.

I want to bring my team of 3 or more, do you offer discounts?

We would love to host you and your team! Please reach out to info@uxunconferece.com for details about bulk ticket purchasing.

Health & safety

We will be following Vancouver, BC guidelines when it comes to COVID safety. While encouraged, vaccination and masks will not be required. Should the need arise, we reserve the right to implement testing and masks before the event. If so, attendees will receive ample notification. As always, please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed—we all need to do our part to keep one another healthy.

Accessibility

We want to ensure everyone feels welcome and included at UXxUX, so we've arranged prayer and meditation rooms, lactation rooms, accessible seating, and low-stimulus areas. If you need anything else, contact us at info@uxunconference.com.

Age limit

Due to safety concerns, no one under 18 will be permitted to register for UXxUX.
